We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Foreman to lead regional sales activities within the pet food category. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading and supporting the regional sales team, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and follow action plans to grow the customer base and increase sales in line with company goals.
- Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
- Drive the growth and development of the pet food portfolio within the assigned area, ensuring strong product visibility, availability, and execution in the market.
- Manage, motivate, and support the regional sales team to achieve its targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and respond to potential risks.
- Plan and implement promotions, product launches, and other sales activities to drive sales growth.
- Ensure sales targets, budgets, and KPIs are met within the assigned area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or team management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, accountable, and results-driven.
- Fluent English required. Additional languages are an advantage.
