The Business Applications Consultant role is a great opportunity to join our IT team, supporting and improving business applications, driving process efficiency, and ensuring smooth system operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to users in SAP S/4HANA and other business applications, including issue analysis and troubleshooting
- Collect, analyze, and clarify change and enhancement requests from business users
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements
- Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment of solutions
- Monitor business processes and proactively suggest system and process improvements
- Support resolution of daily operational issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in business applications support or similar role
- Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) is an advantage
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of business processes and system behavior
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage pricing strategy across brand/category/SKU level
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to define sales targets, distribution, and promotional plans
- Lead and support product launches, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Contribute to marketing communication plans (ATL/BTL)
- Monitor brand performance and prepare regular analysis and reports
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure consistency in brand positioning across all channels
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or commercial roles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Understanding of FMCG market dynamics
- Experience working cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Support budgeting processes, financial modeling, and performance tracking
- Analyze Gross Profit and Contribution Margins, identifying key drivers and variances
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, providing insights to support business decisions
- Monitor and verify vendor-related reimbursements, ensuring timely collection and proper accounting treatment
- Maintain and regularly validate pricing data within internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Logistics, and Accounting, to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives as required
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
